NEW YORK STREETS AND CORNERS
“THE LOCALS”

Three quick days in New York City.  Saw a play on Broadway.  Had some great dinners with old friends.  The rest of the time I roamed the streets and neighborhoods of this great city and photographed people, tons of them.
 
Out of that visit, so far, has come two 32 print portfolios. This exhibit contains a selection of prints from the first, “The Locals”.  I’m looking forward to showing prints from the second portfolio, “The Visitors”, as well. There is no better place to photograph people than New York City!
 
The entire numbered and signed portfolio of 32 boxed unframed prints is available for $6000. Individual unframed prints, signed but unnumbered, are available for $250 each. Framed prints can be arranged at an additional cost.
 
 
ARTIST’S STATEMENT
“Shooting photographs to me is being in the here and now. In that state my vision is acute, my focus is outward and I become sensitively aware of what lies before me. I love that state of being and I love that photography takes me there.”
