Cafe Carolina is available for private parties. Whether you are celebrating a private gathering with family and friends, or need a venue for your networking group or staff meeting, our menu offers a wide range of choices for every taste and budget. Our chef will be happy to discuss your ideas and choices to make sure your party is culinary perfect!
All of the following items come with a salad of organic mixed greens tossed with balsamic vinaigrette topped with shaved pecorino; ice cream, sorbet or tiramisú for dessert; and iced tea, hot tea or house coffee. All entrees (non-pasta dishes) are served with roasted potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables. Gluten free pasta can be substituted in some dishes* (add $1.00 per order).

Rigatoni alla Buttera* tube pasta with pork sausage, onion, mushrooms, pink sauce. Penne Primavera* pasta, vegetables and marinara sauce.
Gnocchi Gorgonzola homemade potato dumplings with a gorgonzola-sage sauce.
Strozzapreti homemade ricotta-spinach dumplings with a porcini-white mushroom-cream sauce. Rigatoni alla Boscaiola pasta with mushrooms, shallots, peas, and pancetta in a cream sauce.
$28 per person Penne al Salmone* tube pasta with smoked salmon, chives, sweet peas, cream sauce. Gnocchi alla Sorrentina homemade potato dumplings with marinara sauce, basil and fresh mozzarella. Rigatoni al Pesto* tube pasta with organic chicken, sun dried tomatoes, pesto.
Tagliatelle alla Bolognese flat pasta, Black Angus meat ragu, crushed tomatoes, butter, touch of cream.
$31 per person Filet of Sole with a caper and lemon sauce.
Pork Loin Scaloppine with a balsamic reduction sauce. Linguine all’Adriatico thin pasta with tomatoes, garlic, basil, and shrimp in a white wine sauce. Medaglioni di Pollo organic chicken medallions topped with Parma prosciutto, sage, and fontina cheese, white wine sauce.
$34 per person Homemade Lasagna alla Bolognese layers of pasta, Black Angus meat ragu, béchamel, parmesan cheese.
Chicken Marsala organic half chicken with Marsala wine sauce. Salmon filet grilled with a lemon-caper and mushroom sauce.
Flat Iron Steak grilled and sliced, topped with a green peppercorn sauce.
If you prefer something lighter, we can also prepare a variety of salad entrées; as well as sandwiches, crepes, frittata, gravlax, or tofu scramble, which are served with sautéed vegetables or a mixed green salad.
PRICES: Prices are per person. Prices do not include tax or gratuity. For parties of 6 or more an 18% gratuity will be added. There is a $30 surcharge for parties bringing their own cake/dessert. There is a $50 surcharge (corkage) for parties bringing their own wine or other beverages.
We have two semi-private rooms available for parties. Each room can be reserved for three hours with a $70 room charge for that time; the room charge will be waived with a minimum combined food and drink amount of $300 at lunch or $450 at dinner (excluding tax and gratuity). For every half hour beyond this, an extra $35 will be added to the final bill. Parties may arrive no more than 15 minutes early (unless prior arrangements are made), and are responsible for leaving no more than 15 minutes after the specified 3-hour block to avoid the $35 surcharge.
